Our BLOWING machine running 24 hours a day to produce various sizes of PET Bottle ; which are 190ml, 330ml, 350ml, 500ml, 1500ml etc plastic bottles(color available). Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles are a huge market for the material . There are two steps to process PET materials into bottles that is injection and mold blowing.
INJECTION, heating Polyethylene terephthalate (PET materials) into high temperature , melt it to liquid and inject to molding to produce different weight PET PREFORM such as 15.3g, 24.5g , 30g , 35g and etc.This preform will be reheated again with special infra-red heater , stretched and blown into its final shape and become plastic bottle.
